About Us
I have been involved in manufacturing and machine tool distribution for over 40 years. I retired (1st Qtr. 2015) as the director of sales and marketing from Intrex Aerospace.
In my career, I have been the recipient of many opportunities that being involved in manufacturing and distribution have afforded me. I have had the good fortune of working with successful businesses, professional organizations and been introduced to many wonderful people. I have experienced the highs and helped navigate the lows of several business cycles.
Although retired from full-time employment, I have a continued interest in “how things are made”. By forming Antrim Inc., it gives me an opportunity to continue participation in the manufacturing marketplace and hopefully through my professional experience and knowledge, adding value with clients, organizations, institutions and my community.

About the Antrim Name
My great grandfather, John O’Neill was born in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. He immigrated to the USA in 1871. He passed away in 1932, well before I was born, but family lore and some remaining copies of his letters reveal a man who valued his family and loved America, his new adopted country.
Although three generations removed, I have been a beneficiary of his familial love and sacrifice. By choosing the name Antrim, I wanted, in some small way pay him tribute. The background photo above is of the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge located in County Antrim. I think it an apt visual of the linkage which is vital in successful business and market relationships, and what I purpose Antrim Inc. to be about.
